In this Redpaper, we explore how IBM Patterns for e-business can contribute to the development of a solution based on a single Business pattern. We will make clear that Patterns for e-business are not a replacement for any development method in use during solution design or delivery, but are essentially an asset selection technique, together with a rich set of associated assets, that can be used during the phases and activities of a solution design and delivery project.
