    This IBM Redpaper publication delivers an updated guide for high availability and disaster recovery planning in a multicloud environment for IBM Power Systems. This publication describes the ideas from studies performed in a virtual collaborative team of business

    partners, technical focal points, product managers who by way of hands-on experiences implemented case studies to show high availability and disaster recovery management aspects to develop this technical update guide considering a hybrid multicloud environment.

    The goal of this book is to deliver a high availability and disaster recovery guide for backup and data management on-premises and in a multicloud environment. This document updates high availability and disaster recovery on-premises and in the Cloud with PowerHA

    SystemMirror, VM Recovery Manager (HA and DR), and other solutions available on IBM Power Systems for IBM AIX, IBM i, and Linux. This publication highlights the current available offerings for each operating system supported in IBM Power Systems including best practices.
